True Vibes Unleashed was designed to be a grooming space where dogs and their owners feel relaxed and at ease.
Everything about our salon was designed with the intent for your dog to feel as relaxed as possible during their visit with us.
01. Roam-Friendly
We allow dogs to walk around on the floor. We find that it reduces anxiety and barking in many dogs.
They can lay in a bed, play with toys, watch out our large front window, and socialize with other dogs.
We have separate non-stimulating rooms and small bedded crates to accommodate pets that would feel more comfortable or safe that way.
02. Low Volume
We schedule one dog family at a time per groomer. This allows us to focus on your pet and they can go home in less time.
Our policy ensures that our clients pick up within an hour of being done, which keeps the number of dogs and stress levels in our salon low.
03. Relaxing Atmosphere
We play music like chill-hop, lo-fi, jazz, soft rock, chill-electronic, and R&B. We groom dogs with a calm-confident energy, and give them treats and breaks when needed.
Our salon is open-concept. Anyone can see us grooming and bathing dogs. We allow owners to stay, as long as the pet behaves safely.
04. Friendly and Knowledgeable Staff
We currently have 2 groomers, both of which have over 13 years of experience grooming dogs and extensive customer service training.
Together, we will come up with the right grooming schedule and haircut for your lifestyle. We’ll give you the knowledge to maintain your pets at home in between grooming appointments.
05. Online Booking
Use our website to book 24/7! You can book several in advance, which is highly recommended.
Our system sends reminder texts and emails ahead of time, so you never forget an appointment. Can’t make your appointment? No problem, just cancel or reschedule by texting us more than 24 hours ahead of time.
06. Add-On Services
Add-on services like detoxifying mud mask, Manuka Honey Scrub, paw and nose soother, and scent boosters help your pet feel and smell luxurious.
